Inspired by the classic mystery structure, these socks use stripes of decreasing width along the leg and an additional color as the foot. The Long Story socks are suitable for beginner sock knitters. Designed for the 2023 Cesium Yarn Murder Mystery Halloween countdown box.

Gauge: 18 stitches x 22 rows in 2 inches stockinette
Needle size: US 2, or size needed to obtain gauge
